“Good design is actually a lot harder to notice than poor design, in part because good designs fit our needs so well that the design is invisible.”
 — Don Norman, The Design of Everyday Things

What I do

I am passionate about user research and the problem-solving process, delving deep into user needs to uncover and address their challenges. With a creative eye for prototyping and wireframing, I enjoy visualizing intuitive solutions that bridge empathy and innovation. My approach combines design thinking and a keen ability to see problems from different perspectives, enabling me to craft accessible designs that resonate with diverse users. While I excel in UX research, UI design, and product design, I’m also eager to expand my expertise in service design.

How I work

I believe that a consistent and user-focused process is the backbone of great design, which is why I admire IDEO's Design Thinking frameworks, inspiration, ideation implementation, and iteration. My workflow includes user research methodologies and iterative prototyping, ensuring designs are both functional and human-centered. Collaboration is key; during my master's program, I contributed to a real-life project, Nourish, a service design initiative improving healthcare experiences for seniors. This experience honed my ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and deliver impactful solutions.

Why this Path

As a multidisciplinary designer, I’ve always been drawn to blending creativity with purpose. My journey began in industrial design, where I cultivated a hands-on approach, later venturing into graphic design and product design. It was Don Norman’s The Design of Everyday Things that inspired my passion for experience design, showing me how thoughtful design can truly transform lives. Today, I am motivated by the opportunity to create accessible, impactful solutions and approach every project with curiosity and a drive to make a meaningful difference.
